For our first unit we mailed seven packeages with seven brochures to seven different people around the USA.  Each package included a return post card requesting response to the information that was sent to them.  We had received six responses until yesterday, when we finally received our seventh.  Our last response was from…….

PRESIDENT OBAMAH!!!!

We received a package from the White House yesterday with a letter thanking us for all of the information and some wonderful photos of our President and First Family.  Thank you to Felix for choosing his package be sent to the President.  It was a heartfelt moment witnessing the pure excitement this brought to our class.  It was an honor to receive this amazing response.
