Dear 2/3 Parents,
We are working on our food unit in Spanish and are setting up and running a bodega (small, corner grocery store) in our classroom.
Children will be reading and speaking in Spanish as they shop, bag groceries, and ring up customers.
If you have any “play” food or empty food boxes to send in for our bodega, we’d appreciate it!
Ask your child how many bodegas are in New York City (all 5 boroughs).
